ROIonline's founder, Rich Knapp has over 20 years of experience in all facets of industrial marketing.  Rich worked as an independent sales consultant for Thomas Register (ThomasNet) selling print and Internet marketing advertising solutions.  When Thomas Register first started building websites and linking their directory to them in 1995, Rich was one of the leaders in the country at getting his clients a website precense.  He recognized early on the power of this medium. He has kept up with the dynamic pace of changing technology and has never stopped helping his clients with their website design and Internet marketing strategies.  

As result of Rich's sales achievements, Thomas Publishing Company recognized him consistently as being a "Top Gun" by placing in the top 20 sales representatives in the country.  One year, Rich placed number 2 in the country out of over 500 representatives.  Rich was awarded the highest recognition in the company by being elected to their "Hall of Fame".  Rich was then awarded the contract to manage several different sales territories in Iowa, Northwest Chicago and Western Michigan/Northern Indiana.

Rich has been recognized as an expert in usability and website design.  In 2006, Rich was a featured speaker at the IHEA (Industrial Heating Equipment Association) annual meeting on Coronada Island in San Diego.  He spoke of the importance of website design and user freindly navigation to get their visitors to the specifications they need quickly and easily.
